After several years of hospital shift work, I know firsthand how sleep deprivation affects everything: your patience, your mood, your ability to be the person you want to be.

Step 3: Complete Your Intake Assesment
You’ll tell me all about your child’s current sleep habits, what bedtime looks like in your home, and how your family works together. This helps me understand your unique situation so I can create a plan that truly fits your child and your parenting approach.
Step 4: Receive Your Sleep Plan
You’ll receive your tailored sleep plan within 3 business days, designed specifically for your family’s needs. Take time to digest everything (there’s a lot of helpful information!) and prepare any questions for our call.
Step 5: Video Consultation & Ongoing Support
We’ll connect via video or phone to walk through your plan step-by-step, tackle any questions you have, and figure out the best way to get started. From there, you’ll have my ongoing support through the whole consultation process – with check-ins and encouragement until your family is sleeping peacefully again.
