Ready to stop struggling and start sleeping?
Let’s have a quick, free 15-minute chat about your sleep struggles and how I can help make your nights easier.

You're here because bedtime has stolen your joy as a parent

You thought you’d have your baby’s sleep figured out by now, but instead you’re dealing with hour-long bedtime routines, constant night wakings, and short catnaps that leave everyone cranky. You’ve tried everything – rocking, bouncing, nursing – but your baby still wakes up multiple times a night and fights every attempt to sleep. Everyone has different advice, leaving you more confused than ever.

You’re ready for a solution that finally teaches your baby to sleep independently.

I get it – this phase feels never-ending, and it can feel like you’re the only parent whose baby won’t just sleep. But you don’t have to figure this out on your own.

I can help you create the peaceful, predictable sleep your family needs

We’ll establish a soothing bedtime routine your baby will recognize, teach them to fall asleep independently and stay asleep through the night, and address the root causes behind their sleep struggles. You’ll get a structured approach that works with your parenting style, not against it.

You’re struggling with:
  • Bedtime routines that take hours
  • Needing to feed/nurse back to sleep
  • Multiple night wakings
  • Early wake-ups and cranky mornings
  • Short catnaps or nap refusal
  • Unpredictable days with no consistent schedule
  • Baby waking up the moment you put them down
  • Guilt and uncertainty about letting your baby cry
Imagine this instead:
  • Calm, predictable bedtimes
  • Baby falling asleep independently in their crib
  • Predictable nap schedule
  • Longer, more restorative sleep
  • Confidence reading your baby’s cues
  • Tools to handle regressions and changes
  • More energy and patience during the day
  • A well-rested family that enjoys evenings together

Frequently Asked Questions

Sleep training is simply teaching your baby how to fall asleep on their own and stay asleep. It’s about establishing healthy sleep habits, consistent routines, and giving your baby the skills they need to settle back down when they naturally wake between sleep cycles.

Most babies are ready for gentle sleep training around 4-6 months old. By this age, their sleep patterns are developing, they can go longer without feeding, and they’re capable of learning how to self-soothe.

Most families see real improvement within 1-2 weeks, with full results usually within 3-4 weeks. But every child is different, and it also depends on what you’re comfortable with as parents. If you prefer a gentler approach, the process might take a bit longer. Generally, firmer methods tend to work more quickly.

Yes, realistically there will be some tears for a short period as your baby learns these new skills. But remember—the end result is peaceful nights going forward, rather than the nightly battles you’re dealing with now. My approach focuses on minimizing crying while still helping your baby learn.

No, I don’t teach methods where babies are left alone to figure it out on their own. Instead, I believe every child deserves to feel loved and supported at bedtime. My approach focuses on teaching independent sleep skills while providing comfort and reassurance throughout the process. Bedtime should be a positive experience for your family—not a nightly battle.

When done with a gentle, responsive approach, sleep training isn’t harmful. Research shows that teaching independent sleep skills can actually help your baby’s emotional development and overall well-being—while helping your whole family get the rest you need.

Research consistently shows that gentle, responsive sleep training doesn’t harm your relationship with your baby or cause psychological issues. In fact, well-rested families often have more positive interactions and stronger connections.

It’s better to wait until your baby is feeling well and things have settled down. Once they’re healthy and past any major changes, you can start or get back to your sleep plan. In regards to sleep regression, the answer is mostly yes – we can discuss further on how we can work through this together.

Here’s the thing—it’s not really possible for babies to learn independent sleep skills when they’re sharing your bed. If you want to continue co-sleeping while we work together, we’ll need to have a conversation before we start to see if this approach will work for you. Room sharing (baby in your room but in their own bed) is different from bed sharing and can work with sleep training.

Absolutely. You can teach independent sleep skills while keeping necessary night feeds. The key is making sure feeding and falling asleep aren’t connected—your baby learns to fall asleep on their own rather than needing to nurse or bottle-feed to drift off.

Because sleep consulting is a personalized, time-based service, payments are non-refundable once booked.

I’m confident in my approach and fully committed to helping your family succeed. If you’re following the plan consistently and not seeing the progress you hoped for, we’ll work together to adjust the strategy and support your child’s unique needs. My goal is always to make sure you feel guided, supported, and never left on your own.
