Ready to stop struggling and start sleeping?
Let’s have a quick, free 15-minute chat about your sleep struggles and how I can help make your nights easier.

You're here because bedtime is no longer a time you look forward to - it's become something you dread

You were hoping for calm evenings, but instead you’re facing bedtime resistance and hour-long negotiations with your child who seems to know every delay tactic in the book. Your toddler stalls, screams, or refuses to stay in bed, and you’re left feeling torn between standing your ground or giving in just to end the tears.

You’re trying your best, but the constant battles have worn you down. You’re exhausted. You’re questioning yourself. And you’re absolutely ready for a change that actually works.

I get it – this stage is hard, and it can feel incredibly isolating. But you don’t have to figure this out on your own.

I help tired families rediscover peaceful evenings with clarity, structure, and support

We’ll establish a calm bedtime routine your toddler will follow, teach them to stay in their own bed all night, and address the root causes behind the resistance. You’ll get a structured approach that works with your parenting style, not against it.

You’re struggling with:
  • Bedtime battles that feel endless
  • Needing you in the room to fall asleep
  • Nighttime visits to your bed
  • Early wake-ups and cranky mornings
  • Nap resistance or skipped naps
  • Inconsistent responses causing confusion
  • Separation anxiety at bedtime
  • Feeling stuck and out of options
Imagine this instead:
  • Peaceful, predictable bedtimes
  • Independent sleep in their own bed
  • Consistent, age-appropriate schedule
  • Longer, more restorative sleep
  • Confidence handling bedtime pushback
  • Clear boundaries, fewer power struggles
  • Better daytime behavior from a well-rested child
  • A calmer, more connected family

Picture this: in just a few weeks...

You'll feel like you again

Your child will thrive

Your family will be more connected

You'll rest easy, every night

Frequently Asked Questions

Sleep training is simply teaching your child how to fall asleep on their own and stay asleep. It’s about establishing healthy sleep habits, consistent routines, and giving your child the skills they need to settle back down when they naturally wake between sleep cycles.

You can start sleep training your child as early as 4 months old, but it’s never too late to begin. Unlike infant sleep training, toddler sleep training focuses more on boundaries, routines, and behavioural changes rather than just teaching self-soothing skills.

Most families see real improvement within 1-2 weeks, with full results usually within 3-4 weeks. But every child is different, and it also depends on what you’re comfortable with as parents. If you prefer a gentler approach, the process might take a bit longer. Generally, firmer methods tend to work more quickly.

Yes, there will realistically be some tears for a short period as your child learns these new skills. But remember—the end result is peaceful nights going forward, rather than the nightly battles you’re dealing with now. My approach focuses on minimizing crying while still helping your child learn.

No, I don’t teach methods where children are left alone to figure it out on their own. Instead, I believe every child deserves to feel loved and supported at bedtime. My approach focuses on teaching independent sleep skills while providing comfort and reassurance throughout the process. Bedtime should be a positive experience for your family—not a nightly battle.

When done with a gentle, responsive approach, sleep training isn’t harmful. Research shows that teaching independent sleep skills can actually help your child’s emotional development and overall well-being—while helping your whole family get the rest you need.

Research consistently shows that gentle, responsive sleep training doesn’t harm your relationship with your child or cause psychological issues. In fact, well-rested families often have more positive interactions and stronger connections.

It’s better to wait until your child is feeling well and things have settled down. Once they’re healthy and past any major changes, you can start or get back to your sleep plan. In regards to sleep regression, the answer is yes – we can discuss further on how we can work through this together.

Here’s the thing—it’s not really possible for children to learn independent sleep skills when they’re sharing your bed. If you want to continue co-sleeping while we work together, we’ll need to have a conversation before we start to see if this approach will work for you. Room sharing (child in your room but in their own bed) is different from bed sharing and can work with sleep training.

Yes, it’s possible to sleep train while continuing to nurse, though it can be more challenging. Unless advised by your medical professional, most toddlers over 15 months can sleep through the night without feeding. During our consultation, we’ll discuss how to distinguish between hunger and comfort cues, and create a personalized plan that works with your nursing goals – whether that’s gradually weaning, moving feeds earlier in the routine, or continuing selective nursing sessions while building independent sleep skills.

Because sleep consulting is a personalized, time-based service, payments are non-refundable once booked.

I’m confident in my approach and fully committed to helping your family succeed. If you’re following the plan consistently and not seeing the progress you hoped for, we’ll work together to adjust the strategy and support your child’s unique needs. My goal is always to make sure you feel guided, supported, and never left on your own.
