Meet your expert sleep consultant
Hi, I'm Alice - your trusted guide to a goodnight's sleep
Sleep shouldn’t be this hard.
I know how overwhelming it feels when your little one just won’t sleep. Nights stretch on endlessly, days blur together, and no amount of advice from friends or scrolling online seems to make things better. You’re exhausted, second-guessing yourself, and just wishing for a clear way forward.
As a Registered Nurse with over 11 years of experience working alongside families in maternity and pediatric care, I’ve seen firsthand how poor sleep negatively impacts health — for children and parents. I also saw how often families were left with conflicting advice and one-size-fits-all methods that didn’t actually work.
That’s what led me to become a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant through the Institute of Pediatric Sleep and Parenting. I founded The Goodnight Guide to give parents trusted, science-backed, and personalized sleep support — because every child is unique, and your family deserves more than a cookie-cutter approach.
Here, I combine professional expertise with practical, step-by-step guidance so you can move from exhaustion and uncertainty to confidence and calm nights.
No more guessing. No more feeling stuck. Just clear plans that deliver results.

My Philosophy on Sleep Training & Crying
This isn’t about leaving your child to cry until they give up from exhaustion. I take a different approach than ‘Cry It Out’ or Extinction methods, which leave children alone to figure it out.
Instead, I believe every child deserves to feel loved at bedtime, comforted when they’re upset, and responded to with care and understanding. Bedtime should be a positive experience for both you and your child—not a nightly battle.
Will there be some crying? Yes, let’s be honest about that. Crying is your child’s way of communicating their frustration with change. But here’s the difference: we’re teaching them a valuable life skill while staying responsive to their needs.
The goal isn’t just sleep, it’s helping your child become well-rested, happier during the day, and able to reach their developmental milestones. When children sleep better, they’re more emotionally regulated, learn more effectively, and enjoy their waking hours.
The result? Sleep habits that actually stick and a family that finally gets the rest they deserve.
