You're here because bedtime has become the part of parenting you no longer look forward to
You were expecting peaceful evenings, but instead you’re facing constant stalling, repeated wake-ups, and a child who refuses to stay in bed. Maybe daycare naps throw off their rhythm, or the new school schedule has disrupted everything. Whatever the reason, you’re exhausted, frustrated, and ready for real change.
You’re trying your best, but the constant battles have worn you down. You’re exhausted. You’re questioning yourself. And you’re absolutely ready for a change that actually works.
I get it – this stage brings unique challenges, and it can feel incredibly isolating when other parents seem to have it all figured out. But you don’t have to navigate this alone.
I help tired families rediscover peaceful evenings with clarity, structure, and support
We’ll create a bedtime routine that respects your child’s growing independence while setting clear boundaries they can follow. Together, we’ll address the root causes of the resistance – whether it’s the transition to school, separation anxiety, or simply testing limits – and teach your child the skills to stay in their own bed all night. You’ll get a structured approach that works with your parenting style and your child’s developmental stage, not against it.
You’re struggling with:
- Endless bedtime stalling and negotiations
- Nighttime fears that delay sleep

Frequently Asked Questions
What is sleep training?
Sleep training is simply teaching your child how to fall asleep on their own and stay asleep. It’s about establishing healthy sleep habits, consistent routines, and giving your child the skills they need to settle back down when they naturally wake between sleep cycles.
Is it too late to sleep train my preschooler?
Not at all. Preschoolers are actually great learners when it comes to sleep. At this age, they respond really well to clear routines, consistent boundaries, and strategies that support their growing independence. It’s never too late to make meaningful changes.
How long does it take to sleep train?
Most families see real improvement within 1-2 weeks, with full results usually within 3-4 weeks. But every child is different, and it also depends on what you’re comfortable with as parents. If you prefer a gentler approach, the process might take a bit longer. Generally, firmer methods tend to work more quickly.
Will my child cry during sleep training?
Yes, there will realistically be some tears for a short period as your child learns these new skills. But remember—the end result is peaceful nights going forward, rather than the nightly battles you’re dealing with now. My approach focuses on minimizing crying while still helping your child learn.
Do you use the Cry-It-Out (CIO) or Extinction methods?
No, I don’t teach methods where children are left alone to figure it out on their own. Instead, I believe every child deserves to feel loved and supported at bedtime. My approach focuses on teaching independent sleep skills while providing comfort and reassurance throughout the process. Bedtime should be a positive experience for your family—not a nightly battle.
Is sleep training harmful?
When done with a gentle, responsive approach, sleep training isn’t harmful. Research shows that teaching independent sleep skills can actually help your child’s emotional development and overall well-being—while helping your whole family get the rest you need.
Will sleep training cause psychological damage or separation anxiety/affect attachment?
Research consistently shows that gentle, responsive sleep training doesn’t harm your relationship with your child or cause psychological issues. In fact, well-rested families often have more positive interactions and stronger connections.
Should I sleep train if my child is ill or going through a sleep regression?
It’s better to wait until your child is feeling well and things have settled down. Once they’re healthy and past any major changes, you can start or get back to your sleep plan. In regards to sleep regression, the answer is yes – we can discuss further on how we can work through this together.
Can you co-sleep and sleep train?
Here’s the thing—it’s not really possible for children to learn independent sleep skills when they’re sharing your bed. If you want to continue co-sleeping while we work together, we’ll need to have a conversation before we start to see if this approach will work for you. Room sharing (child in your room but in their own bed) is different from bed sharing and can work with sleep training.
Can I get a refund if sleep training doesn't work?
Because sleep consulting is a personalized, time-based service, payments are non-refundable once booked.
I’m confident in my approach and fully committed to helping your family succeed. If you’re following the plan consistently and not seeing the progress you hoped for, we’ll work together to adjust the strategy and support your child’s unique needs. My goal is always to make sure you feel guided, supported, and never left on your own.
