Refund Policy
Because sleep consulting is a personalized, time-based service, all fees are non-refundable once payment has been received.
I commit significant time, expertise, and preparation to each family’s case—including assessment, planning, and ongoing support—before and during our work together. For this reason, no refunds will be issued for:
Change of mind
Early completion or discontinuation of the program
Results that vary based on your child’s temperament, health, or consistency in following the plan
Delays caused by factors outside of my control (illness, travel, developmental milestones, scheduling changes, etc.)
That said, your baby’s sleep is a journey—and not every week looks the same.
If your child is not responding as expected, I’m committed to working with you to adjust the plan so we can move toward the best possible outcome for your family. My goal is always to make sure you feel supported and confident every step of the way.
If you need to reschedule, you may do so with 24 hours’ notice at no cost. Missed or late appointments may require a rebooking fee.
If I am unable to provide the service for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
